Cultured Vegan Cheese in a dark atmosphere with rich textures
This project was a commercial collaboration with Acayú to create a compelling visual narrative for their cultured vegan cheeses. We chose to photograph the cheeses in an unconventional setting; an old, derelict house, to create a powerful contrast between the product's visual simplicity and the dark environment.

Creative Concept
Our creative vision for this series was to explore the theme of rustic elegance and authentic decay, by carefully stacked the vegan cheeses on a weathered wooden platter, balancing them on a worn-out wooden door.
This setting, with its peeling white paint and hanging roots, served as a metaphor for the natural, patient process of creating cultured cheese.

Execution
The dark, moody lighting atmosphere was key to this narrative. It sculpted the scene, using diffused light and soft shadow to highlight the unique textures of each cheese;textures that are the result of meticulous fermentation and aging.
This approach tells a story of transformation and resilience, suggesting that a beautiful and sophisticated product is the result of a process that, like the ruin itself, requires time, care, and a connection to natural elements.
